If you require any information about any aspects of our products, please do not hesitate to call our helpline on 01823 443760. Outside working hours and during very busy periods, an answerphone will be in operation and one of our staff will ring you back.

Delivery

Delivery is normally by an independent carrier, or by our own vehicles where possible locally. Whilst we can advise the day of delivery, it is not usually possible to specify a time. On the day of delivery please can you ensure that there is someone at the address to receive the consignment as both a signature and help with the unloading will be required.

How to order

We accept orders by telephone, fax or letter. However, if you wish to order it is advisable to confirm details by telephone with us first.

If ordering assembled doors, we will require some information about which way the doors are hung. See our leaflet 'Door Handing Reference Sheet'.

Payment

We can accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or Switch, including telephone ordering. Alternatively you may send us a cheque.

We request that all orders be paid for before despatch, as we are unable to collect payment on delivery. 

For non ex-stock and stock items or orders under £1000 we request payment with order.

For larger orders where we are quoting a delivery time of 21 days or more we will accept a deposit of 50%, the balance being payable before despatch.
