General Information.

Opening  hours
Monday to Friday, 8.00am till 1.00pm: 2.00pm till 5.00pm: Saturdays 8.30 till noon. Remember we are always pleased to see visitors.

Samples
We will gladly send a sample of anything you are interested in, please telephone your request.

Helpline
If you require any information about any aspects of our products please do no hesitate to call our helpline on 01823 443760. Outside working hours and during very busy periods an answerphone will be in operation and our staff will ring you back.

Delivery
Delivery is normally by carrier, or by our own vehicles. While we can advise the day of delivery it is not usually possible to specify a time of day. On the day of delivery please can you ensure that there is someone at the address to receive the consignment, as help will be required with the unloading and a signature will also be required.

How to order.
We accept orders by telephone, fax or letter and soon on line. However if you wish to order it is advisable to confirm details by telephone with us first.

If ordering assembled doors we will require some information about which way the doors are hung. See our leaflet 'Door Handing Reference Sheet'.

Payment
We can accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or Switch, including telephone ordering. Alternatively you can send us a cheque.
We request that all orders be paid for before despatch, as we are unable to collect payment on delivery. For ex-stock items or orders under £1000 we request payment with order. For larger orders where we are quoting a delivery time of 21 days or more we will accept a deposit of 50%, the balance being payable before despatch.
